Our Offerings
Bella Properties in Gainesville, Florida, provides rental houses and apartments all within walking distance of the University of Florida campus. We offer one bedroom apartments (Bella Vista ), two and three bedroom high end apartments (Cottages @Norman, Margaret Manor ) and three, four, and five bedroom historic houses across from the Swamp and next to sorority row.
